This feature positions your CV on the first pages of the Recruiter’s dashboard. For some of the most popular jobs, there could be more than 1000 applicants! Which means that the possibility of a recruiter getting to actually view you CV is not very high.Įven if you fit the job position perfectly, they might not even get to open your CV at all just because there are hundreds of other CVs before yours.
